Born Jeremiah Ogbodo,he is a celebrated Nigerian celebrity fashion stylist, designer, social influencer and consultant.
He completed his primary and secondary education in Lagos state and his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from University of Lagos.He revealed that his father died in his sleep when he was a baby.
Jerry enrolled in the School of Style in New York, creating an initial spark of formal styling.After completing a formal styling in New York,he returned to Nigeria and started his brand.
He started his professional career in 2012 with the launch of his fashion brand SWANKY SIGNATURES AND STYLING.
His breakthrough came after styling Davido for his music video shoot of his 2012 song "All Of You" in New York.
He became well known after appearing on the new Netflix television show "Young , Famous,and African".
Some prominent personalities he has also worked with are Goodluck Jonathan (former Nigeria President),Dbanj,Sarkodie,Yemi Slade,Pearl This,AKA,Ini Edo, among others
Due to his hardwork ,he has been featured international by CNN .In 2014,he won the Fashion Stylist of the year at Lagos Fashion Awards.In 2020,he appeared in Forbes Africa annual 30 under 30.
"We would usually have to wear the clothes of the locals of each city we visited,to blend in,and I loved it! Growing up within this lifestyle,I became more inspired by my surroundings and began to investin Nigerian fashion magazines and people watching at big events due to the elaborate fashion being paraded",he told Forbes Africa.
